Refunds and Unused Tickets:
There are no refunds.
If you are unable to use your tickets, please consider donating them to ZADT before your scheduled show. ZADT cannot guarantee that ticket donations are tax deductible and does not produce tax receipts for these donations. Please consult with your tax professional if you plan on deducting a ticket donation.
SMOKING and E-CIGARETTES:
Smoking—including vaping or the use of e-cigarettes—is prohibited in the ZADT building and outside entrance.
BAR and CONCESSIONS:
Concessions are open 30 minutes prior to show and during intermission. Beer, wine, mixed and soft drinks are available. Specialty drinks and snacks are also available.
HANDHELD DEVICES and CELL PHONES:
Please silence all handheld devices, beepers, and cell phones prior to the start of the performance.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO and AUDIO RECORDING:
Audio, video or photographic recording in the theatre is strictly prohibited without the written consent of ZADT.
CHILDREN/BABES IN ARMS:
We love introducing young persons to live theatre! However, some of our productions include mature subject matter and/or language that may be inappropriate for children. Adults are ultimately the best judge of what is right for the young ones in their charge. Please inquire with us whenever you’re thinking of bringing children to a performance. No babes in arms.
PARENTS and DOCTORS:
Since we ask all patrons to silence their cell phones and pagers while in the theater, please leave the box office number with your babysitter or anyone else who may need to contact you at the theater in case of emergency.
Zeiders American Dream Theater is committed to making our performances accessible to the widest possible audiences. Our theater is wheelchair accessible. To make arrangements for patrons with other disabilities or special needs, please contact us.
Please plan your trip to allow for adequate time to park your car, purchase tickets and be seated prior to curtain. Latecomers and persons leaving the theatre during a performance will be seated at the discretion of the ZADT staff at an appropriate interval in the play.
The ZADT staff reserves the right to escort disruptive patrons from the theater at any time.
